Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

We designed our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) to provide the right level of support for individuals navigating addiction recovery. It's a structured yet flexible approach, allowing participants to step down from more intensive treatment while still receiving the guidance and care they need. Our goal is to make high-quality treatment more accessible, personalized, and financially manageable, so individuals can focus on building a strong foundation for lasting sobriety.

Program Overview

The IOP is designed to support individuals struggling with substance use and co-occurring trauma-related disorders. This curriculum combines 12-Step Facilitation Therapy (TSF) and Seeking Safety trauma-informed care to provide a comprehensive, client-centered, and evidence-based approach to recovery.

The program focuses on creating safety, building coping skills, addressing trauma, and promoting spiritual and emotional healing through the 12 steps.
